Roles & Responsibilities
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and finalizing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
Coordinating lead generation or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales.
Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Effectively communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Coordinate property deals closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
Following performance standards and expectations to ensure accountability and effective execution.
Provide open and transparent communication with team members and departments across the organization.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures preparing required reports for the management.
Assisting customer affairs with required information for further customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. Conducting special promotions and attends sales-related exhibitions functions when requires.
Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
