Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to customize audio-visual solutions that meet specific project requirements.
Prepare detailed technical proposals and presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and system designs to potential customers.
Design and configure audio-visual systems, including video conferencing, sound systems, and display technologies, ensuring seamless integration.
Collaborate with installation teams to supervise the implementation of audio-visual systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
Providing technical support and training to customers after installation, to ensure they are fully equipped to use the systems effectively.
Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best products and prices for customers.
Conduct field assessments and site surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within financial constraints.
Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and mitigation strategies.
