Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto parts customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of auto parts to potential customers.
Negotiate prices and terms of sale to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that fit the audience in the spare parts market.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations affecting the auto parts sector.
Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and expand professional network.
Prepare and present sales reports to management, outlining achievements, forecasts, and areas for improvement.
Achieve set objectives and KPIs
Ensure timely collection of payments
Coordination with logistics and transportation companies for shipping/delivery

Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred; related experience may substitute for formal education.
3-5 years of sales experience, particularly in the auto parts industry, with a proven track record of success.
Certifications in sales techniques or knowledge of auto parts can provide a competitive advantage in the hiring process.

Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, French or Russian, is a big advantage.
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate product benefits and build good customer relationships.

Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
Physical ability to attend trade shows and fairs, which may require prolonged standing and travel.
UAE driving license required
Preferably working knowledge of ERP system
Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
