Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Client Inquiries: Handle client inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, walk-ins) and convert these into leads and successful business setups.
Follow Up with Clients: Maintain communication with new and existing clients through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
Educate and Inform: Provide clear, accurate information about business setup options, legal requirements, free zone regulations, and the most suitable business activities for clients.
Network and Expand Opportunities: Attend industry events and leverage business networks to create additional sales opportunities.
Train and Mentor: Provide training to new consultants and business setup partners, enhancing their capacity to contribute to sales targets.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain partnerships with channel partners, Free Zones, and other regulatory bodies.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, ensuring high client conversion rates.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales processes through the company’s CRM system.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to provide the best services to clients.
Provide End-to-End Support: Offer excellent service to clients throughout the entire process—from business setup to visa applications and eventual company closure.
Reporting: Submit regular reports to management on sales performance, leads, and client activities.
Marketing: Create marketing campaigns for all social media including content writing and posters.

Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), Bachelor of Arts(PR/Advertising)
Female
Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE business regulations, company formations, and visa processes.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing CRM systems. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Languages: English, Urdu, Arabic (Plus Point) Speaking is Mandatory
