Roles and Responsibilities

Job Overview :
As a Business Development Executive in the Real Estate and Hospitality industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives. This position demands strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and an in-depth understanding of both the real estate and hospitality markets in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Lead Generation : Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, investment opportunities, and emerging trends in the real estate and hospitality industries.
Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including property developers, investors, hoteliers, and government entities.
Partnership Development : Identify and foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth and expand market reach.
Negotiation & Deal Closing : Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with the company’s objectives and market position.
Industry Networking : Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and establish connections with potential clients and partners.
Market Analysis & Reporting : Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in the real estate and hospitality sectors, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and deliverables.
Client Presentations & Proposals : Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and investors.
Required profile for candidates

High School (Academic/General)

Key Requirements :

Proven experience (2-3 years) in business development, sales, or account management within the Real Estate and/or Hospitality industries, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, hospitality trends, and investment opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to real estate and hospitality is a plus
