Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Utilities Design and Coordination: Planning, designing and supervising the implementation of utility infrastructure, including water supply, drainage, electricity, sewerage and communications systems.
Coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless integration of utility systems into roads, bridges and other infrastructure.
Stakeholder Management: Liaison with government authorities, utility providers and regulatory bodies such as RTA and TRA to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Address and resolve utility related issues with stakeholders to minimize project delays.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all utility work complies with RTA standards, local regulations and safety guidelines.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of utility installation.
Project Management Support: Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and allocating facilities-related resources.
Prepare technical reports, custom drawings, and documentation for submission to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential facility-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project interruptions.
Monitor and address facility-related disputes during construction.
Required profile for candidates

Any nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Facilities Engineer in infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of RTA standards and procedures highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in coordinating facilities for road, bridge or large urban projects
