Roles and Responsibilities
Site Supervision : Oversee daily construction and fit-out activities to ensure timely progress and quality standards are met.
Workforce Management : Monitor and manage laborers and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
Material Handling : Coordinate delivery, storage, and use of materials on-site to prevent delays and wastage.
Quality Control : Inspect on-site works regularly to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality benchmarks.
Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers follow health and safety regulations.
Progress Monitoring : Track and document daily progress, identifying and addressing any delays or deviations.
Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on-site in coordination with the project team.
Client Coordination : Facilitate site visits and address client queries or concerns related to ongoing works.
As-Built Documentation : Verify on-site measurements and provide updates for as-built drawings.
Reporting : Share daily progress reports and updates with the project manager and stakeholders.
Required profile for candidates
Any Arab citizen, Indian, Jordanian, Filipino
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Bachelor of Architecture (Any)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 4–7 years of on-site experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.
Technical Skills: Professional in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
Site Management: Hands-on experience in supervising site activities, labor, and subcontractors.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve on-site technical and operational challenges.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Additional: Valid UAE driving license and knowledge of local construction codes and regulations
