Roles and Responsibilities
To manage Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Demonstrable experience and ability to execute projects that require the creation of large project teams with multiple elements on a multidisciplinary and/or multi-vendor basis.
Expert understanding of project management concepts, procedures and application and extensive knowledge of other subjects or disciplines relevant to the project content.
Ability to work with shared resources and external teams
Brings this knowledge to ensure reuse and best practices across projects.
Plans, manages and executes large, more complex, long-term projects that will significantly impact the client organization, and that will deliver strategic benefits to the client and/or stakeholders.
Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information. The solution will typically require some new planning and resource elements, which may result in custom modifications.
Projects typically involve a significant element of risk to the business and/or external customers and require the ability to use and adapt recognised project management methods and processes, depending on the elements of the risk profile and governance needs.
Delivers projects at contracted service levels and within specified financial targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Recognized as a key resource in delivering a critical business benefit to a customer or internal in the medium/long term.
Must have proven ability to apply relationship management skills over the medium term and be able to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships at executive levels during and after the duration of the project.
Ability to effectively direct resources internally to develop best implementation practices or ability to identify the impact of change on the organization, identify stakeholders, manage relationships and risks and engage to successfully achieve project outcomes.
Looks for innovative ways to scale project business and manage cost base.
