Roles and Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with a smile, provide accurate information on club policies, membership, and events.
Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and hygiene, ensuring staff adhere to the same standards.
Familiarize and address members by name, enhancing personalized service.
Handle guest appointments, direct visitors, and manage messages for management efficiently.
Maintain sufficient supplies at the reception, including brochures and membership forms.
Address and report guest complaints courteously, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Manage reservations and cancellations, ensuring callers are informed of policies and details.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area, liaising with housekeeping as needed.
Collect payments when Accounts are unavailable and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support co-receptionists, handle lost-and-found items, and follow up on borrowed items.
