Roles and Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will act as the main point of contact and company representative in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will help customers and visitors connect with the appropriate team members and address any questions or concerns.
You will bring strong organisational skills and the ability to multitasking, ensuring daily operations run smoothly in the office.
In addition to handling inquiries from staff and visitors, you will manage various administrative tasks as needed.

Welcoming guests and clients as the first point of contact in the office.
Manage the reception phone and email inbox, directing calls and inquiries to the relevant team members
Supervising the booking and scheduling of meeting rooms in the Dubai office
Assist with catering, set-up, and logistics for office events.
Coordination of express mail services for company shipments
Handling weekly orders for groceries, laundry, and office supplies.
Maintain reception area and make facility requests as needed.
Track monthly payments and expenses for your facilities team
