Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations.
Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs related to construction projects and building materials to ensure budget adherence.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and working capital to maintain liquidity and financial health.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Vendor and Client Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and clients, resolving any financial discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in UAE, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the construction and building materials industry is highly desirable.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
