Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Officer – Office Space Leasing will play a key role in a leading real estate brokerage firm, responsible for generating leads, negotiating lease agreements, and closing deals for office space leasing in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and landlords.

Lead Generation & Business Development:

Proactively identify and generate leads for office space leasing through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, and real estate agents.
Identify business opportunities and provide strategic insights to maximize leasing revenue for the brokerage firm.
Leasing & Negotiation:
Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.
Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions to close deals successfully.
Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Collaborate with landlords, developers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth lease transactions.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities in the Dubai commercial real estate sector.
Provide insights on market demand, tenant preferences, and leasing strategies.
Recommend pricing strategies based on market analysis to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the leasing process.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in office space leasing within a real estate brokerage firm in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market, leasing regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven track record of successfully closing leasing deals and meeting sales targets.
Key Skills & Attributes:

Dynamic and results-driven with a strong personality and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with high-profile clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Additional Information:

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
