Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of site supervision experience and hold a diploma in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the construction site.

• Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

• Monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety standards on-site.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure efficient workflow.

• Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates to the project manager.

• Resolve on-site issues and implement solutions promptly.

• Manage materials and resources to avoid delays in project completion.

• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and guidelines.

Diploma (Civil)

male

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is an advantage
