Roles and Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing cost estimates for MEP projects.
Conducting quantity estimates and preparing bills of quantities.
Analyze and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to the project team.
Review and approve payment requests from suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of cost reporting.
Conduct cost analysis and make recommendations for cost saving measures.
Assist in preparing bid documents and evaluating bids.
Providing support in resolving contractual disputes and claims.
Stay informed of industry trends, regulations and best practices in MEP quantification.
Required profile for candidates
Any nationality
Bachelor of Science (Electronics), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical)

Bachelor of Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP quantity estimation.
Experience in the construction industry, preferably with MEP projects.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and materials.
Familiarity with quantity estimation software (e.g. CostX, Bluebeam).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
