Supervise and manage multiple areas within the organization, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify ways to enhance operations and customer experience.
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Bachelor of Commerce (Commerce)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Analytical mind and ability to use data to drive decision making.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement plans effectively.
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
Accurate and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
