Job Description

Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency across all building systems.
Collaborate with facility management to align BMS operations with overall building goals, ensuring a comfortable environment for occupants.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BMS technology, applying this knowledge to improve building operations continuously.
Analyze data trends and generate reports to identify areas for improvement, recommending actionable solutions to enhance system performance.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of system components, addressing any malfunctions or inefficiencies in real-time.
Implement software updates and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect the integrity of the BMS against potential threats.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical)

A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Building Management Systems in a commercial or industrial setting is essential.
Certifications in HVAC, energy management, or building automation systems (e.g., LEED, BMS certifications) are highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools are required to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
