Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Overseeing the end-to-end execution of power infrastructure projects, including generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
Developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Stakeholder Management: Liaising with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project compliance and address stakeholder concerns.
Acting as a single point of contact for project updates and approvals.
Resource and Procurement Management: Managing procurement of equipment and materials to align with project timelines and quality standards.
Ensuring the proper allocation of human and technical resources.
Risk and Safety Management: Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks to the project.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations to protect personnel and the environment.
Technical Oversight: Supervising engineering designs and ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.
Monitoring the construction process to ensure technical specifications are met.
Budget and Cost Control: Managing project finances to stay within budget while maintaining quality and timelines.
Implementing cost-control measures to optimize resource utilization.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring all project activities and deliverables adhere to established quality standards.
Conducting periodic inspections and audits during project execution.
Team Leadership: Leading multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and construction workers.
Motivating and managing team members to achieve project goals.
Regulatory and Compliance: Ensuring that the project complies with local and international regulations.
Managing necessary permits and documentation required for construction activities.
Reporting and Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on project progress, performance metrics, and any deviations from the plan. Maintaining accurate documentation for future references and audits.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical)
Male
Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in EPC construction of OHL, substation, relays and associated infrastructure.
