Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring HR Consultant / Business development Executives (both inhouse and Field) for our Doha office .

· Experienced in Sales and office Administration.

· Meeting deadlines and targets.

· Experience in recruitment industry is an advantage.

· Experienced in full recruiting cycle starting from job designing, interviewing, shortlisting and onboarding procedures.

· Willing to work under pressure.

· Advertising openings on company’s social media and web page.

· Offer guidance on managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

· Collect employee feedback on the latest policy changes.

· Effective data analysis in Excel.

Work Location : Doha, Qatar

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 3+ years of experience as an HR consultant / Sales Executive for recruitment industry.

· Good in written and spoken English language.

· Experience with HR-related project management.

· Excellent analytical skills & understanding of organizational requirement of companies
