Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver specialized training programs for electrical, mechanical and electronic systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Evaluate trainees’ performance through practical assessments and theoretical examinations, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop educational materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, designed to suit diverse learning styles and technical backgrounds.
Stay abreast of technological developments and industry trends to incorporate relevant practices into training modules.
Facilitate workshops and practical labs to enhance practical skills, with a focus on real-world applications and safety protocols.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify skills gaps and create targeted training solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
Conduct regular evaluations of training programs to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments based on participant feedback.
Mentor trainees through one-on-one sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages questioning and exploration.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including e-learning and simulation, to effectively engage learners and enhance information retention.
Maintain accurate records of trainees’ progress and completion of certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
