Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring Project Manager – for master planned buildings and infrastructure projects
Our company is an international project management consultant.
Western educated Project Manager for master planned buildings and infrastructure projects based in Riyadh.
We are project management consultant for Saudi government project.
Required profile for candidates

Any citizen of English speaking countries, Irish, New Zealand

Diploma (Civil), Bachelor of Architecture (Architecture), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)

male

Western degree in related construction field.
Nationality Preference: – Western Expat
Membership in a recognized body such as PMP, PMI, MCIOB or similar
Minimum 20 years general experience and 5 years in GCC countries, preferably with current work experience in Saudi Arabia
7+ years of experience working as a developer or consultant.
Experience in master planned projects
Experience in design stages
Preference will be given to candidates who fit the above and are already working for a client or consultant in Saudi Arabia with a transferable visa/reside
