Preparation of FEED documents and drawings.
Preparation of DED documents and drawings.
Preparation of Bid engineering estimates for the project.
Preparation of Scope of work and Engineering man-hour estimate of the project.
Preparation of Scope of Work, Bases of Design.
Preparation of Functional Specification Document.
Preparation of Construction Scope of Work for the Contractor.
Attend Site Surveys with Clients and Contractors to determine the requirements for an accurate
and competitive design proposal.
Preparation of Complete Technical Proposal – design for the FEED.
HVAC
Design of industrial facilities HVAC and ventilation systems.
Design of industrial laboratory exhaust systems.
Design of Analyzer shelter HVAC system.
District Cooling System Design.
Design of kitchen hood exhaust systems complying
Design of vehicle fume exhaust systems for fire station building truck bay area
Design of Commercial/residential HVAC systems.
Plumbing
Design of Utility water and drainage systems for industrial facilities.
Design of Utility water and drainage systems for residential and commercial facilities.
Design of irrigation system.
Firefighting
Design of Fire sprinkler system for light, ordinary group-I & group-II, Extra-ordinary and special
hazard occupancies complying
Design of stand-pipe system complying
Selection of Fire extinguishers
Technical skills
· Evaluate the Project narrative or scope of work and prepare the required deliverables list for the design package.
· Preparation of HVAC load calculations, ventilation calculations, ESP calculations, Energy and cost estimates, and
pressurization calculations for selecting the proper unit capacity.
· Selection of proper HVAC unit type based on the load calculation values and client-specific requirements.
· Developing Plumbing Calculations for determining the water demand and pressure for utility water system.
· Developing Sprinkler Hydraulic calculation for determining the minimum required pressure and flow at the tie-in
point for fire water systems.
· Preparing HVAC duct routing, plumbing, and firefighting drawings and guiding the designers in preparing design
drawings.
· Conduct site visits to gather the required information to complete the design works.
· Preparing Material take-offs for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. · Preparing DBSP / project narrative/construction scope of work write-ups for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting
systems.
· Reviewing and responding to comments from clients and attending Comment resolution meetings.
Troubleshooting HVAC-related issues at the site and providing Recommendations for rectifying the issues

▪ Elite CHVAC for preparing HVAC load calculations, Duct Sizing, etc.
▪ Carrier HAP ver. 5.11 for preparing HVAC load calculations
▪ Carrier HAP ver. 5.11 for preparing Energy and Cost estimation report in LEED format
▪ Elite Fire ver. 6.02 for preparing Fire Hydraulic calculations
▪ Revit MEP for creating BIM models

Standards:
SAES, Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards
Qualifications
Candidates with 8 to 15+ years of work experience in the Oil and Gas, Processing Plants, Refinery,
and/or Petrochemical Sector.
• Candidates with experience in Saudi Aramco Project / aware of Saudi Aramco Engineering
standards will be an added advantage with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in GES
/ GES + in Saudi Arabia.
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / BS Mechanical / HVAC Engineer
