Roles & Responsibilities

Perform oil changes efficiently, ensuring the correct type and amount of oil is used for each vehicle.
Inspect and replace oil filters, ensuring optimal engine performance and longevity.
Monitor vehicle fluid levels, including coolant, brake, and transmission fluids, and recommend necessary top-offs or changes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Communicate with customers about services performed and any additional maintenance needs, fostering trust and rapport.
Utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle conditions and provide accurate feedback to customers and team members.
Document all service activities accurately in the company’s tracking system to ensure proper record-keeping.
Assist in training new staff members on oil change procedures and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and oil products to provide informed recommendations.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in service delivery and documentation to build customer trust.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces; essential for task completion.
Basic understanding of automotive systems, enabling proactive identification of potential issues during service.
