Job Description
The QHSES Assurance Manager requires a deep understanding of QHSES assurance concepts, theories, principles, and basic knowledge of other related subjects. The QHSES Assurance Manager must be able to apply his or her understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies in the area of QHSES Assurance, as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues that impact effectiveness. The QHSES Assurance Manager influences the level of service and the ability of the QHSES Assurance team to achieve quality and timeliness objectives. Decisions made by the QHSES Assurance Manager must be based on policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the work plan.
Support the development and coordination of operations towards the preparation and organization of the new management system.
Assist the Global Director in implementing and maintaining new system as needed by our business units globally.
Promote awareness of the management system by developing and managing an engagement plan for all functions and areas.
Participate and lead initiatives put forward by the QHSES leadership team while presenting new initiatives to the team for consideration.
Conduct periodic reviews of the management system manual in accordance with the engagement plan, but also to address perceived risks within the business.
Conduct analysis and reports on the results of product audit and inspection performance (i.e., regulatory non-conformities, improvement opportunities, product non-conformities)
Coordinate and prepare inputs required for global management reviews.
Participate in business improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
Collaborate with functional process owners to drive major quality system initiatives.
Translate concepts and information into simplified written and visual instructions or training materials.
Use stakeholder feedback to modify and improve solutions.
The work location will be in Tanjab.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience related to construction or manufacturing.
Possess ISO Auditor 9001, 14001, 18001 and globally recognized quality management systems, Internal Auditor Training
Possesses a strong understanding of continuous/agile improvement concepts, principles and practice.
Experience in process improvement
Strong ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and ability to summarize and explain complex technical situations
Ability to understand and respond positively to the organization’s requirements in a constantly changing business environment.
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills to evaluate vector data.
Ability to work as a team member as well as a team leader.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with other departments in a diplomatic and effective manner.
Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
