Are you a skilled professional with experience in managing heavy commercial vehicle workshop operations? Galadari Saudi Industrial Company (GSIC) is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Dammam . This position is vital to ensuring our workshop operations run smoothly, delivering exceptional service to our customers, and supporting the Operations Manager in day-to-day activities.

Main responsibilities:

Supervise all workshop operations, including maintenance, repair and service of heavy commercial vehicles (Sinotruk)
Lead and direct a team of skilled technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to align workshop activities with business objectives.
Manage scheduling and allocate resources to meet customer needs and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all workshop operations.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and other workshop activities.

Qualifications and skills:

Proven experience in workshop management within the heavy commercial vehicle industry.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in using workshop management software and reporting tools.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
