Roles and Responsibilities

Monitoring site construction work.
Undertaking surveys and setting out sites.
Ensure work is carried out accurately as per technical designs and drawings
supervising contracted staff.
liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Preparing site reports and logging progress.
Ensuring that health, safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Responsible for drawings and necessary documents for obtaining Building permit, NOC from the local authorities by using online application DM portal (Building permit and Building control system), DDA, RTA and Civil defense

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)

male

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry
