We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Staff for a growing Shipping Company in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to problems, and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.
* Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
* Offer troubleshooting support for products or services
* Record customer interactions and maintain detailed records
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company services
* Assist in improving customer service processes and workflows
Required profile for candidates
Indian, Pakistani
Bachelor of Science (Any), Bachelor of Business Administration (Any), High School (Commercial, Technical)
male
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous 3-5 years customer service experience with AIR and SEA Shipments
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Customs Clearing Rules
Knowledge about ZOHO system (added value)
Should be based on ABU DHABI Preferably MALE
