Roles and Responsibilities

As an outside sales employee, the person will be responsible for:

Actively search and acquire new clients in the construction and building materials industry.
Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote and sell our wide range of building materials.
Negotiating deals and closing sales.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all sales activities.

The desired candidate must have:

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in building materials trading in UAE.
Must be a current resident of the UAE.
Proven experience in outside sales or similar role.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for meetings and client visits.
Fluent in English, additional languages ​​an advantage.
An enthusiastic and goal-driven person.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
