Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the e-fashion industry.
Manage dedicated accounts throughout the life of the relationship and foster the partnership between key clients and DSV.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of customers within these industries and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products or services to customers.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategies to expand the company’s presence in the e-fashion sectors.
Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and customer satisfaction indicators.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies, including pricing, product development, and marketing initiatives.
Perform any other related duties or projects as assigned by the Manager from time to time to meet business needs.

Qualifications and characteristics:
Education – Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
Work Experience – 5-8 years of experience managing key accounts within the e-fashion industry.

Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.

Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
