Roles and Responsibilities

Maintenance management :

– Supervise the maintenance department to ensure continuous and reliable operation of all equipment and machinery. – Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules for factory machinery and fixed assets.

– Monitor maintenance costs and ensure cost-effective repair and maintenance solutions.

Operational support :

– Respond quickly to equipment malfunctions and provide permanent and effective solutions.

– Collaborate with manufacturing, packaging, quality and R&D teams to support operational efficiency.

– Manage and optimize inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment based on factory requirements.

Safety and Compliance :

– Ensure all machines comply with health and safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

– Conduct training sessions for workers to ensure proper operation of machines and compliance with safety protocols.

– Maintain updated maintenance records and procedures to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Continuous improvement :

– Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operations, including updates to machinery and workflows.

– Providing recommendations for plant management and equipment improvement.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the cosmetics, toiletries or FMCG sector.

Strong technical expertise in machinery diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Knowledge of health and safety laws and good manufacturing practices.

Proficiency in using SAP or similar systems to track maintenance and inventory activities.

Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. Additional expectations

Be proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements in maintenance processes
