Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant with 3 ~ 5 years of UAE Cyber Security experience and a valid UAE driving license.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, design tailored cybersecurity solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle.
This will include Sales targets as well

Primary/General Job Purpose:

Client Engagement and Support:

• Understand customer pain points, technical requirements, and business goals to propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POC to showcase the value of cybersecurity products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a technical advisor.

Technical Solution Design:

• Design and develop customized cybersecurity solutions based on client needs, covering areas such as Endpoint Security, Email Security, Network Security, Threat Intelligence, VAPT, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation, solution blueprints, and proposals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with the sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Partner with vendors and technology providers to stay updated on products and solutions.

Sales Enablement:

• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and technical queries from clients with accuracy and clarity.

• Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities and proposing the right solutions.

Market Awareness and Expertise:

• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to provide thought leadership and innovation.

.• Share insights and knowledge with internal teams through training and workshops.

Desired Candidate Profile

• In depth knowledge of current trends in Cyber Security market and industry.

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage their expectations from a security perspective

• Assertive personality; should be able to hold her/his own in a work group setting.

• Superlative written and verbal communication skills; should be able to explain technical observations in an easy-to-understand manner

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tough/challenging deadlines

• Influencer- must be able to convince various stakeholders (internal IT Teams, C-Level execs, Risk & Audit) of why a certain observation is a concern or not

• Has strong decision making, planning and time management skills.

• Can work independently.

• Has a positive and constructive attitude.
