Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and complete PQR and other welding procedures as per project standards and requirements.
Responsible for full control of welding parameters and meeting welding KPIs.
PQR and WQT qualification.
Exposure to cross-country pipeline projects with larger diameter pipes engaged in automatic welding process.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical), Master of Technology/Engineering (Any)

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering with a Master’s degree in Welding.
Professional certification in welding engineering ( IWE, CWE , or other acceptable equivalent recognized by the oil and gas industry).
ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT and PT.
Minimum 12 years of total experience in welding activities within an Oil & Gas project environment.
Previous experience in the oil and gas industry as a welding engineer.
Good communication skills
